Looking at google maps, Dawn Song is only 2 blocks long with a cul-de-sac. The APD said it was between the sidewalk and street and beside a fence with brush. That description is at the start of the cul-de-sac circle and there wouldn’t be much chance of someone spotting them/him. Wonder if the 20ish guys who were injured last night were the bombers and dropped the package or it went off when they were setting the trip wire? It just seems odd it would have been intentionally placed where it could sit for weeks before someone happened by.
It was only about an hour between dark time and this explosion went off. IF it was placed yesterday and not some earlier date. Hope the cops question those bike guys intensively to make sure they are victims and not bombers.
Just found out the University was on Spring vacation March 12-17 and the 18th is a Sunday.
I saw where it happened. I think a van pulled up, placed it on the curb with a short trip wire and pulled away. This is like a small side street. I'm guessing these are like IEDs........movement will set them off.
The bike hit the wire but because the bicyclists were still moving, they escaped being killed. That's what a split second save is.
There’s probably more activity than you think.....morning and evening activity. It’s a time thing and why perp used a trip wire. Car....bike...jogger....take your pick!

I was wrong. It’s still daylight though headed to twilight at almost 8 pm. That tightens a possible timeline, if it was planted that evening in the dark, to half an hour.

The school was closed last week for recess.
I'd be looking at the school videos and highway videos within one hour of each incident.
