If he is a KNOWN felon and the city or state is granting sanctuary, they are accepting responsibility for his behavior.
I sort of go for the idea if charged and they can’t ‘afford’ a lawyer, rather than MY (& YOUR) taxes paying to defend & prosecute then Jail him, just deport him with the provision that he will be shot on sight next time he is seen in this country.
Won’t take more than 2 or 3 shootings to get the word out.
Put SOCIAL MEDIA to good use, posting the perps picture ALL OVER and offer a bounty for the scalp.
