Sanity Arrives In California (vanity)
self ^ | March 28, 2018 | A Navy Vet

The once Golden State of California has now restricted local law enforcement agencies to work with Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) regarding released criminal illegal aliens. This is contrary to Federal law and its Constitutional jurisdiction. Sanctuary Cities, and now a State, are subjecting our American citizens to further crimes by these repeat offenders.

As of January 1, 2018, California law (SB-54) limits all LE agencies in all municipalities to not contact ICE directly when the above criminals are released.

There is now a backlash, and it's building. The city of Los Alamitos, the Orange County Council, along with the Sheriff have said enough. These sanctuary policies are keeping illegal aliens recidivists on our streets, in our neighborhoods.

I have been an anti-illegal alien proponent since the 80's while in the Navy and lived about 2 miles from the Mexican border. They'd swarm through our side gate because we lived on a curved street that led due north. They would wake up my scared children as I went out to confront them many times.

I have supported and donated to the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR.org) for many years. I was also a Minuteman and went to stand duty in Tombstone. I also worked with the co-founder Jim Gilchrist in his home across the hwy from me.

I ask residents of Orange County to contact their city councils and Mayors and demand them to join Los Alamitos, Orange County, and the White House lawsuit against the un-Constitutional CA bill, SB-54. The elite in Sacramento (CA capitol) have lost all regard for California citizens' safety.

Also, anyone in OC who would like to organize a "Support Our Sheriff" rally (or other name), please contact me via Freepmail. I've organized rallies before (ask Jim Robinson) and I will do it again.

The following is info for the Sheriff Hq, and the sub-stations. Let me know which you can attend. However, I suggest not the main Hq because the town is filled with illegals. I don't want violent confrontations - just support for our Sheriff and the Mayor of Los Alamitos.

Sheriff's Office Main Headquarters: Address: 550 N Flower St, Santa Ana, CA 92703 Phone: (714) 647-7000
Aliso Viejo Station: 11 Journey, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 - 949-425-1800
Lake Forest Station: 20202 Windrow Dr, Lake Forest, CA 92630 - 949-206-6100
Orange Station: 431 The City Dr S, Orange, CA 92868 - 714-935-6661
Stanton Station: 11100 Cedar St, Stanton, CA 90680 - 714-647-7000

Thank you for your service in the Navy.

They would wake up my scared children as I went out to confront them many times.

Glad you were not injured!

This is contrary to Federal law and its Constitutional jurisdiction.

Agree, this action is against the law. When will the California Sec. of State be arrested for sedition?

The State of California didn’t restrict the cops.

A Mexican separatist illegally elected to the legislature did. His name is Kevin Leon. Both parents were illegals.

He’s not a citizen, and him saying he is doesn’t make it so.

He has no right to make laws for us, nor do his illegal alien co-terrorists living in our state and demanding to be treated as if they were citizens.

So the state did nothing. A few infiltators - Leon, Becerra, Rendon - hijacked the process on the votes of illegals themselves and are now shredding the laws of the state and the Constitution of the United States.

We owe them no obedience. Their laws are null and void, and this is what the Orange County Sheriff is rightfully pointing out.

Thank you for your service, both military and Minuteman.
I have been a member of FAIR since I got red-pilled about the GOP in 2006 regarding the illegal alien inundation.
Bush League Republicans have been preventing US from stopping it.

I am glad to see the Americans still in California stand up.
The state government has sided with Mexico on this colonization.

"Thank you for your service in the Navy."

It was my privilege to serve my Country.

"Glad you were not injured!"

Well, I didn't go out unarmed...heh.

"Agree, this action is against the law. When will the California Sec. of State be arrested for sedition?"

I'm thinking we've reached the point when push comes to shove. Like you and so many others, I'm tired of lawsuits going back and forth. It's past time to send in the US Marshals. I never thought I would take this position being a State's Rights advocate, but the Fedgov does has certain responsibilities.

That was the breakthrough that brought national attention to the problem.

Yes, I know the history of California's slide into socialism. I've lived here all my 68 years other than 3 in Spain during Navy years.

"We owe them no obedience. Their laws are null and void, and this is what the Orange County Sheriff is rightfully pointing out."

Agreed. So how do we go about voiding these sanctuary laws? Civil war is a fantasy of some; it won't happen. Cali is not going to secede from America.

My thinking is support those municipalities that will fight, either through the current WH lawsuit or be prepared for the suck. I am.

If, a giant IF, enough elected Sheriffs in enough counties are willing to fight Moonbeam Brown to the point of a barrel stand-off, we may see change. Don't see that happening. I don't believe there are that many Sheriffs/Deputies that would forsake their mentality of "going home at the end of their shift" for Constitutional rights.

I watched from day one as the Los Angeles Police pulled out of ground zero in the Rodney King riots and let LA burn. They wouldn't even protect the Fire Fighters as they risked their lives. Then there is Fergueson, Baltimore, and others where the Police were so afraid of offending the rioters, looters, violent racists, and let the city fall.

Personally, I'd like to go back to old days when looters were shot on site with goods in hand. A couple bodies laying on the ground stopped all that nonsense.

Well, believe it or not, I think just letting Mexicans be Mexicans is the answer.

Guys like Becerra, Padilla, Leon, Villaraigosa etc are all dimbulb thugs.

They reflexivley go too far, as they are doing here.

Even the timid and terrified Jeff Sessions had to file a lawsuit on them, and mention the secession word. It’s the least he could do.

But you do need a provocation, a reason to retaliate. So throw the red meat in front of them and let them dive for it. That’s what Trump did in putting ICE back on the streets.

They responded with SB54 and will come up with worse, but now the world sees them for the rabid racists they really are. So actually, the federal government now has plenty of justification to take hard line measures, including putting federal troops in California - as they did in Arkansas in 1956, Alabama in 1963. But maybe a better example is Utah in 1862 was Fort Douglas - a garrison set up to keep an eye on Brigham Young and his separatist Mormons who had been attacking people on the way West.

Trump is moving on a number of legal fronts: lawsuits, the census, the wall, an active and agressive ICE etc. But going further, he should be stationing far more military on the border, re-establishing US bases there and deploying significant assets such as COIN aircraft like A-10s, and some rather public examples of military response to armed incursions which are now commonplace.

One reason San Diego is still “Reagan Country” to some degree is of course the heavy Navy presence. That needs to be amped up along with re-opening bases closed under Clinton and Bush such as March and Norton, Los Alamitos, and go further with new bases (Army, Navy) East of San Diego on the border, with routine patrolling and aggressive support of the BP. And this time with real guns and real bullets and no apologies like the National Guard on the border of Arizona.

And ultimately Brown, Leon and Becerra need to be accused and charged with what they are doing which is sedition and Treason. Don’t just send in Federal Marshalls; these are military crimes. Send a military brigade to take them into custody and make it quite public. The world needs to see that Invasion is not a civil right, just because your ancestors lost a war with ours.

We’ve fought wars over a lot less.

PS

While supporting municipalities is a great thing, remember that we voted Prop 187 in with 59% of the vote and they trampled that; voted in a Constitutional amendment in Prop 8 and they trampled that; voted in Prop 209 and they ignore it; the list goes on and on. Leftists are all about ignoring laws and votes they consider inconvenient. IOW they are criminals.

So trying to use the system on them is not the answer; they control it through the bureacracy and the judges. Their side uses riots and violence, we use hand wringing and court challenges which are always denied...by their judges.

Things like that lead to conflict. Note my screen name and read the history: 18th century Americans did far more over far less.

But other things we COULD do now are...

- Go back to prosecuting every illegal for working under the table. Not paying income taxes? FICA? SS? You get arrested. Do that for a few hundred people and thousands will get the message. The US Attorney’s office doesn’t need Jerry Brown’s permission to do that.

- Prosecute people for violations of 8 USC 1324, Aiding and Abetting. That means going after all the illegal alien aiding and abetting organizations.

- Issue an EO to the federal government instructing the government to stop treating the US born children of illegals as citizens. There is no court case that ever conferred that right on them; the government merely treats them as such. Then Congress will be provoked into clarifying the 14th amendment to include or not include them. Ends the anchor baby BS right away, no vote needed. And since a Fed Judge just claimed that Barack Obama’s EO’s are damn near eternal law, make the same claim for this EO.

- Start enforcing the draft registration laws. You and I are old enough to remember when that was rigid. Any able bodied male who in the appropriate age group who is found not registered gets hit hard right away. And if you show up to register and admit to being a non-citizen, you get referred to the Fed DA immediately. And ICE.

- A little idea I had a long time ago: bring back the concept of bounty land. One of my ancestors got 6000 acres in Virginia for his service as an officer in the Continental line. Let’s bring that back! Have the Fed gov simply expropriate property along the coast lines (like um, California) and award it to military veterans: start with CMH winners, combat vets, general officers and down the line by rank, time in service, decorations etc. You know the drill. Rather rapidly the coast of California will be filled up with patriotic loyal Americans, not smirking illegals giggling about squatting on US soil (didn’t make that up, heard it one day in a medical office near the coast).

I could go on. Lots of opportunties. All of them will PO the Mexican Reconquistas in Los Angeles and Sacramento. Good. That’s the idea: get them to react and that legitimizes retaliation. And it will go hot eventually, because they WILL resort to violence. It’s in their DNA. They’re not too bright, and as Smiley said, “they lack moderation”.
