The Shadowy Operative at the Center of the Russia Scandal (Fake news alert)
The Atlantic ^ | 29 Mar 2018 | Natasha Bertrand

Court documents call him Person A, but descriptions match the officer to Russian intelligence and to Paul Manafort and Rick Gates.

Buried in a late-night court filing in Robert Mueller’s expansive probe of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election was an explosive claim: An adviser to President Donald Trump’s campaign and transition teams had knowingly been in contact with a former Russian intelligence officer as late as September 2016, prosecutors said. The revelation is the strongest connection to date between Trump’s campaign and Russia’s intelligence services, which U.S. officials say were behind the cyberattacks on Democrats during the election. {snip}

The special counsel’s office appears to have referenced Kilimnik in court filings before Tuesday: Urging a judge to reject a proposed bail deal for Manafort in December, prosecutors noted that Manafort and his “longtime Russian colleague” who is “assessed to have ties to a Russian intelligence service” had been collaborating on an English-language op-ed aimed at portraying Manafort’s work in Ukraine in a positive light. But the special counsel’s office did not specify then, as it did on Tuesday, that this individual “had such ties in 2016”—seemingly drawing a straight line from the Trump campaign to Russia. {snip}

The special counsel’s office did not offer evidence that Kilimnik’s relationship with Russian military intelligence—which he denies having—persisted through 2016. Mark Galeotti, a senior researcher at the Institute of International Relations Prague who specializes in modern Russian politics and organized crime, told me that “just having a GRU background does not mean anything.”

As the article makes clear, the Ukrainian president was a client of Manafort for 10 years, so it would be pretty hard to do that and not meet or talk to any Russians in the process.

Which had zip to do with Trump.

Keeping it real...because Mueller isn't

Buried in a late-night court filing...

Are courts open 24 hours now?? Just asking...

BTW, has anyone pointed out how the "Russian interference" helped Trump defeat Hillary?

They don’t have any proof that this alleged Russian agent ever met Trump or that a quid pro was exchanged in consideration for alleged Russian help to elect Trump.

All they have is speculation of collusion and collusion isn’t a crime no matter how they spin it. Nothing impeachable here.

It centers around Manafort in Ukraine but to connect it to Russian collusion is a stretch.

Nothing in Trump’s conduct in office suggests he’s been compromised or blackmailed by the Russians.

If they had anything, they would have found it in November 2016, when reports of possible Trump-Russian collusion first surfaced.

Since then, there’s been a political finishing expedition to find a crime and the bottom line is they still don’t have one.

As Secy of State we list glaring examples of "Hillary putting the nation's needs above her own"-----
the Clintons criminal MO--the Secy of State using the Clinton Foundation to manipulate US foreign policy for money..

LEGEND-—Donation to Clinton Foundation/Global Initiative (CGI)-—followed by State Dept favor granted in return.

<><> Prince of Abu Dhabi and Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed al Nahayan and the Al Nahayan family of Abu Dhabi. <$5,000,000 Access to HRC at State Dept. and a $500,000 environmental speech by Bill Clinton given at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi while HRC was meeting in Washington with Shaikh Abdullah.

<><> Algeria <$500,000 State Dept clearance for U.S. arms sales to Algeria. Deal included biological and chemical agents.

<><>Australia, Commonwealth of <$75,000,000 Strong State Dept. for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), which stands to be a boon for Australian multinational firms.

<><>Bahrain, Kingdom of <$250,000 Muted criticism by State of Bahrain’s abysmal human rights practices.

<><>Boeing Corp.<$900,000 State Dept. clearance for $29 billion arms U.S. arms sale to Saudi Arabia, including Boeing’s F-15 fighter.

<><>Brunei Darussalam, Sultanate of < $5,000,000 State Dept. clearance for U.S. weapons sales to Brunei.

<><>Cameroon, Republic of <$100,000 Influence buying by the Cameroon government with the Clinton State Department.

<><>Canada $500,000 donation for State Dept support for Canada’s Keystone XL pipeline, eventually vetoed by Barack Obama (guess his cut wasnt big enough).

<><> Chagoury Group <$5,000,000 in cash and a $1,000,000,000 pledge HRC delayed designating Nigeria’s Boko Haram as a foreign terrorist organization because of Chagoury Group’s investments and operations in Nigeria. Chagoury Group received the “Sustainable Development Award” from the CGI. Chagooury helped the family of Nigerian dictator Sani Abacha hide his wealth stolen from Nigeria’s oil revenues.

<><> Confederation of Indian Industry <$1,000,000 Access for Indian businesses to U.S. government officials.

=======================================

NOTE WELL---In addition to the Clinton Global Initiative, there are separate Clinton family foundations that maintain their own revenue streams.

All these entities maintain separate operations for the Clintons’ pay-to-play global racketeering operations:

<><>the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI),

<><>the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton (BHCC) Foundation,

<><>the Clinton Foundation Hong Kong,

<><> William J. Clinton Foundation Charitable Trust (Kenya),

<><>William J. Clinton Foundation Charitable Trust (UK),

<><> the Clinton Foundation Insalingsstiftelse (Sweden).

<><> the Clinton/Guistra Partnership, Canada.

ANALYSIS---This is plus-perfect evidence that the Clintons operated the foundation as a shadow government, setting up the foreign policy machinery.

The Clintons separated these entities from large amounts of money b/c they had a carrot on a stick-——”sure-thing Hillary’s” election to the presidency.

Informant provided FBI evidence Russia aided Iran nuclear program during Obama years
The Hill ^ | 3/26/2018 | john solomom / FR Posted on 3/26/2018, 10:27:54 PM by bitt

A former undercover informant says he provided evidence to the FBI during President Obama’s first term that Russia was assisting Iran’s nuclear program even as billions in new U.S. business flowed to Moscow’s uranium industry. William Douglas Campbell told The Hill his evidence included that Russia was intercepting nonpublic copies of international inspection reports on Tehran’s nuclear program and sending equipment, advice and materials to a nuclear facility inside Iran.

Campbell said Russian nuclear executives were extremely concerned that Moscow’s ongoing assistance to Iran might boomerang on them just as they were winning billions of dollars in new nuclear fuel contracts inside the United States.

“The people I was working with had been briefed by Moscow to keep a very low profile regarding Moscow’s work with Tehran,” Campbell said in an interview. “Moscow was supplying equipment, nuclear equipment, nuclear services to Iran. And Moscow, specifically the leadership in Moscow, were concerned that it would offset the strategy they had here in the United States if the United States understood the close relationship between Moscow and Tehran.” A spokesman for former President Obama did not return multiple requests for comment.

Congressional Democrats have written a memo questioning Campbell’s credibility and memory while Republicans say his story calls into question the favorable treatment the Obama administration gave Russia. (Excerpt) Read more at thehill.com ...

..... this story calls into question the favorable treatment the Obama administration gave Russia........

Circa 2010--Ex-Pres Clinton in Moscow doing his hokey hillbilly act for Putin as strategic US uranium deposits
were sold off to Russia for Big Bucks facilitated by Obama and Secy Clinton. Bill globe-trotted to set up the deal.

"Hahahaha. Well, ah'll be ding donged. Aint that a pig in a poke, as they say in Arkansas."
"Obama and Hillary worried about US ntl security? Hahahaha. You gotta be kidding, Vlad."

Of all the spurious excuses she gives for her loss, the most ludicrous is that
Hillary says she lost her "sure-thing election" because "Putin doesn't like me."

===============================================

Hillary once bragged that she, alone, was brought into Putin's inner sanctum
where she assured Putin she was worried about wildlife like he was.

Dam...Putim musta outright lied when he told Hilary they were BFF.

Secy Hillary and Obama were eager to please Russia
w/ the friendly reset button. Too bad it backfired.

================================================

Ex-Pres Clinton is s-o-o-o-o friendly he traveled to Russia to clinch the uranium giveaway deal.
And to pocket a $500,000 dollar speaking fee from a Moscow bank plus a sizeable commission.
Billybooboo even used his friendly hokey hillbilly act on Putin.

HILLARY'S STATE DEPT----AND THE OBAMA YEARS---UNRELENTING SCANDAL
By Ari Lieberman

EXCERPT The taxpayer financed-Skolkovo Scandal – While serving as secretary of state, Clinton oversaw a program meant to “reset” relations with Moscow and improve ties. The program centered around the Russian city of Skolkovo near Moscow with the stated aim of “identifying areas of cooperation and pursuing joi nt projects and actions that strengthen strategic stability, international security, economic well-being, and the development of ties between the American and Russian people.”

Hillary's State Dept program transformed Skolkovo into a technology hub akin to a Silicon Valley. Sensitive American technology was transferred to the Russians, substantially enhancing their military and cyber capabilities. The US Army and the FBI concluded that Russia had exploited the program for military applications. The FBI warned American technology companies doing business in Skolkovo that the Skolkovo project was a means by which the Russians would acquire dual use technologies and apply them for military ends. According to investigative author Peter Schweizer, Russian and American companies and individuals involved in the Skolkovo fiasco “had major financial ties to the Clintons.”

Moreover, during the Russian reset period, those entities provided the Clintons with “tens of millions of dollars” in the form of “contributions to the Clinton Foundation, paid for speeches by Bill Clinton, or investments in small start-up companies with deep Clinton ties.” (hat tip frontpagemagazine.com)

The myopic Mueller and the corrupt FBI crowd see Russian agents behind every Republican filing cabinet.
But they are sickeningly apathetic about Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton’s policies, decisions, and actions that gave aid and comfort to Russia.

Obama and Hillary’s major flopola——the much-mocked “Russian reset button”-—— established the tone for Obama and the Clintons’ coziness with the Kremlin.

BACKSTORY On March 6, 2009, during a trip to Geneva, she presented Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov a small, red button. Halfrican Obama, and Secy Hillary thought it was emblazoned with the Russian word for “reset.” The button actually read “overload.” Nonetheless, Clinton and Lavrov jointly pressed the symbolic button.

A new era in US–Russian relations had begun.

THE OBAMA/HILLARY RUSSIAN LOVE AFFAIR-—While visiting Moscow on March 24, 2010, Secy Hillary explained the Reset Button’s purpose: “Our goal (meaning Obama and the State Dept) is to help strengthen Russia.”

thanks, Liz. Good research. We’re not going to get anything done about all this in the first term, obviously Mueller’s mission is to block us with constant sightings of the Russian BigFoot, but lookout below because the second term is going to be a doozie.
