California’'s illegal alien voting law is secession
American Thinker ^ | 4/2/18 | Lowell Ponte

Posted on 04/03/2018 4:03:35 AM PDT by LibWhacker

On April 12, 1861, the Confederacy opened fire on Fort Sumter, igniting a civil war that before its end killed more than 800,000 Americans.

Mark the date April 1, 2018, April Fool's Day, as the day Civil War 2.0 began. On that day, the State of California began to automatically register illegal aliens who have driver licenses to vote. This new law immunizes illegals against any state criminal penalty for registering and voting.

Leftist scholars say our states control their voting criteria and can legally register non-citizens to vote in state, county, and local elections. States, including California, however, may not register illegals to vote in federal elections – for members of Congress, U.S. senators, or president.

Allowing citizens of other countries vote in California would illegally "dilute" the votes not only of Californians, but of all American citizens by giving foreigners political power in selecting American lawmakers and presidents. Democrats who collude in such theft of citizen voting rights – letting your vote be canceled out by a foreigner – should face criminal prosecution under the Conspiracy Against Rights Act (18 USC §241).

California has one quarter or more of America's illegal aliens – as well as one third of the entire nation's welfare recipients. With a population more than 40 percent Latino, it has become Mexifornia. The new California motor-voter registration law that took effect April 1 transparently is intended to enfranchise illegals, who vote 2-1 for the ruling Democratic Party, in order to dissolve the American nation into a borderless, bankrupt, bilingual backwater ruled as a colony by a global progressive government.

Forget secession, California needs to be expelled from the Union.

... Suppose that President Trump announces today that the new California law has made all future elections unconstitutional and illegal, because foreigners are now allowed to tilt the outcome....

OK. I suppose that the 9th Circuit in California would block the President almost immediately on the first appeal.

And effectively double the length of the US/Mexican border.

Tell that to the former Confederate States. They would be very surprised to hear that.

Maybe they don’t know any better?
Maybe they are just having a bad day?
We could send them a note full of smiley faces?
Group hug with MS13 everyone!
Golly,I feel better already.

Is there no filthy dirty trick at all that democrats and other liberals won’t pull to deceive, cheat and steal elections and political power fraudulently?

For people who hold themselves in such high regard and who view themselves as our betters they are certainly the most crooked, corrupt slimy bastards the nation has ever seen.

This is an overt attempt to use illegal voters to swing elections and acquire undeserved political power by gaming the system.

The solution is for the DOJ to file a challenge to the entire California vote in congressional and presidential elections until they provide documentation that every vote is that of a citizen or legal resident qualified to vote.

The problem is that the DOJ is permeated with the corrupt slimeballs too.

I live in Mexico. I visited family in Reedly, California. I stood in LONG lines of other people from Mexico to get my drivers license. In 2 weeks, I got a notice I was a registered voter, and can easily vote absentee here in Mexico. Mankind has always been good at looking for ways to game the system.

And the Californian Quislings' message to anti-American foreign nationals/groups is being heard. Reinforcement by alien hordes are on their way - heading straight to California. And many more will follow if...

Figures: Caravan Organizers Vow to Continue March to US Border, Plan Crossing from Baja California

The federal government must immediately activate the National Guard against the hordes and begin mass raids (along the lines of the Palmer Raids but now) against California officials actively colluding and acting with foreign groups and nationals to overthrow the American republic and displace the American people.

Let me ask:

Illegals cannot vote in federal elections.

What system did California put in place to prevent those they registered from voting in federal elections?

Will IDs be checked?
Will voters be screened?

I think we all know the answer.

Yeh, for sure. There are a lot of states in the Red L who are observing very closely what’s going on in California. Whenever the Dems take control of Congress and POTUS and make their big gun grab watch Texas. God Bless Texas....

I live in Mexico.

How about some feedback on the safety situation there, for residents, tourists, and expats? We hear a lot here about how out of control dangerous it is, but then we sometimes hear that its confined to particular areas. It's always good to hear from someone who is on the ground.
