jackal!I would also add petty, partisan, and back-stabbing. When President W Bush signed the No Child Left Behind Act, the old Jackal of the Senate still trashed the Bushes in a signing ceremony speech, with W present.
And his Immigration Act of 1965 is proving to be the undoing of The Republic.
