LOL, as you should Google, Microsoft, Apple, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Samsung, and so on and so forth. If you have a 2g cell phone or above, they all know more about you than Facebook.

Read any of their TOS sometime.

Because, of course, he never knew anything about it.

If you have a 2g cell phone...

... you don’t have signal, or soon won’t.

Certainly took him long enough to realize that data mining is a big issue for Personal Liberty.

Sounds like it is a political issue with him where snooping by Trump is bad, but snooping by Hussein and H->! was righteous...

I have as well. If you want to socialize with your ‘network’, write a letter and send pictures. Facebook’s business model is to sell your life - don’t let it sell for so cheap.

It’s too late. They have it already.

My point, was only to let you know, that Facebook is not a huge issue to worry about, especially if you use any technology in the past 20 years.

If you want to socialize with your ‘network’, call and talk with them and visit with them.

Go bowling, play cards and games, do movie nights, have potlucks. Actually socialize, face to face. Wow...there’s a thought...

Just DONT give them much info to collect. It’s not that hard.

East Germany invested a lot of time and treasure to create a dossier on each Citizen.

Today, folks upload every thought, experience and daily journey to their Twitter, facebook, google, etc.

This is so much more efficient for the NSA, CIA, FBI, and any other Government spy agency

I am trying to make friends outside of facebook while applying the same principals.

Therefore, every day I walk down the street and tell passers-bys what I have eaten, how I feel at the moments, what I have done the night before, what I will do later and with whom.

I give them pictures of my family, my dog, and of me gardening, takings things apart in the garage, watering the lawn, standing in front of landmarks, driving around town, having lunch and doing what anybody and everybody does every day.

I also listen to their conversations, give them the “thumbs up” and tell them I like them.

And it works just like facebook! I already have four people following me: two police officers, a private investigator, and a psychiatrist.

Nothing says “I’m an idiot” quite like posting on FB.
