This is a test vote, the outcome will tell them if they have to votes to impeach and then remove.
“Impeach” is not “remove”.
Clinton was impeached. It only takes a majority vote in the House.
Removing is much, much tougher. 2/3 in the Senate.
Even if he is impeached, he is not removed from office.
