Facebook is indeed a monopoly, at least at this time it is. Monopolies can indeed be regulated.

Facebook is really little more than a glorified discussion forum but one that links blog spaces to the discussion.
It really isn’t a monopoly. It’s just really good at what it does and it offers a lot of features that people like.
Free Republic is competition for FB if you think about it.

Maybe monopoly abusers should lose their patents/copyrights rather than have to espouse things they just don’t believe in.
