Each morning if you wait in line to renew your license and you are surrounded by Hispanics (dollars to donuts, at least half are illegal) and a much higher percentage do not speak English. It’s a crap shoot for them. On the test, Pick (A), (B), (C) or (D). Take the results and come back the next day to try again. I have personally overheard the conversations amongst them (semi-fluent in espanol).
Remove the illegal vote and you have a red state once again.
