the media wants a war, in order to sell their crap papers, and the dopes here in this country buy this crap.
How about illegals, state of the military, economy doing great, no the media doe snot want to talk about that, they want a war with Russia.
Then let them sign their kids up and then they can go to fight too

This from an earlier post I made today....

---------------

My take on the Syria mess.

Trump is a master of leverage. He has been gaining leverage on Putin for a while now and Putin is starting to weary of it.

His oligarch pals are losing $$$ fast and so is he.

I think Putin is ready to throw in the towel and abandon both Assad and the Iranian mullahs.

Putin realizes that he, along with Trump, are despised by the global deep-state.

They are engaged in a Kabuki dance now, look for the Iranian mullahs to be overthrown very soon and this will leave Assad pretty much alone without very aggressive Russian assistance...which will not be forthcoming.

There will be an arranged exchange of missiles and the rhetoric will become pretty wild for a day or two but I think this is all close to being finished.

Trump made two important tweets this morning, both were meant for Putin.

This one is the stick...

“Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles fired at Syria. Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and “smart!” You shouldn’t be partners with a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!”

This one is the carrot...

“Our relationship with Russia is worse now than it has ever been, and that includes the Cold War. There is no reason for this. Russia needs us to help with their economy, something that would be very easy to do, and we need all nations to work together. Stop the arms race?”

You can discern what is going on from just these two tweets...

BTW: IMO, Gulf Cooperation Council special forces are on the ground in disguise as jihadi in both Syria and Iran and are working with Trump...they will take them down from the inside.

I predict Iran will once again become close to the US, as it was before the Iranian revolution....thank you Jimmy Carter, you damned fool!

--------------------------------

My concern is that Turkey is a deep-state actor and during the attack might strike Russian forces....

said nearly the same in post 41. This is pathetic that the media wants war and yet our own borders are open, and the economy is doing great.

We will not even secure our own borders. We will not even balance our own budget. The FBI is corrupt. Our congresscritters are corrupt as hell. Our intelligence agencies are spying on Americans. Yet, we are getting involved in another foreign war, and no one attacked us?

Swamp priorities I tell ya!

How about www.basnews.com " As tensions escalate over Syria, the US-led Coalition has reportedly sent warplanes to the country's border region with Iraq...

The coalition jets have been heavily hovering over the al-Tanf region on the border between Iraq and Syria

I don’t believe Trump will attack Syria, this is strategy to create strength, and ability to stand firm. Mattis does not know who used chemical weapons, and we shouldn’t attack anyone UNLESS WE HAVE ABSOLUTE TRUTH about that type of inhuman attack.

I don’t think War in Syria is a good idea. We have more important things at home to deal with, at this point, maybe later... if we have more concrete facts. Wars in other countries have devastated us, it should NOT be reaction. Democrats do that.

50 thousand dollar question. Everyone is saying they are sure it was Assad but no one is saying how they know.

I might be apt to believe them but they've lied and misled us so many times in the past, I am just not able to now. How does that saying go? Fool me once.......

How Syria’s ‘Geeky’ President Assad Went From Doctor to Dictator

by Sarah Burke / Oct.30.2015 / 6:19 AM ET / Updated Oct.30.2015 /

As the third of President Hafez Assad’s five children — and the second-eldest son — the young Bashar chose instead to become a doctor.

After graduating as an ophthalmologist at Syria’s University of Damascus in 1988, he worked at a local military hospital before moving to London to pursue an advanced degree. There, he met his future wife, British-Syrian Asma Akhras, and lived for two years out of the public eye.

“He was sort of seen as the geeky I.T. guy. He was the eye doctor, spent time in London, had the British-Syrian wife,”

Why can’t a quick surgical strike like the one Trump did last gas attack be done again?
