Canidate Trump told us he believed cannabis was a state issue.
President Trump has merely confirmed what he said as a candidate.

Sessions knows that the best way to get rid of a bad law is to announce your intention to enforce it. Excellent move on Jeffies part and no change in his primary goal of going after ILLEGALISM.
There have been thousands of arrests and removal in the last year and a half. Mostly Cartel and gang members.
