Oath Keepers 2nd Amendment Rallies ~ All State Capitols ~ Saturday April 14 by Nancy Oakley , April 3, 2018 The National Constitutional Coalition of Patriotic Americans Oath Keepers are attending these events all over the country. If you know of other patriotic groups that would be interested, please let them know. Most of the rallies are at the State Capitols.
Now is the time to stand up for our Second Ammendment rights that ONE MILLION US servicemen died for to defend our Constitution in service to our country.
Stand up Now.
Absence of protest equates to condoning further erosion of rights.
ALL 2A supporters, report to All 50 State Capitols as follows:

The second amendment isn’t just about guns. It’s about supporting the natural rights of self-defense, resistance to oppression and the civic duty to act in defense of our families and our communities. From the enactment of the Bill of Rights through most of the 20th Century, the Second Amendment seems to have been understood to guarantee to every law-abiding responsible adult the right to possess arms.
The purpose of these events are to express the numerous and protean ways in which the concept of self-protection and expression related to the Constitution in the minds of its authors. For self-defense is indeed at the core of the Second Amendment and an element in the Founders’ political thought generally.
At the same time it is important to realize that the Founding Fathers’ view of self protection was not only more favorable but also more inclusive than the concept as disfavored by many modern thinkers. To the Founders and their intellectual progenitors, being prepared for self-defense was a moral imperative as well as a pragmatic necessity; moreover, its pragmatic value lay less in repelling usurpation than in deterring it before it occurred.
Modern thinkers feel the need to strip away our natural born right to self-protection by limiting the available weapons that are at our disposal. They blame mental illness without documentation. They blame everything except the sole responsible party, the person involved in the action.
With the support of thousands of American Patriots across this great country, we will assemble at every state capitol at 1pm CDT on Saturday April 14, 2018 to show our support for our 2nd Amendment rights and to support our Constitution as a whole. Please help support us to defend and educate about our founding documents and honor our Forefathers who sacrificed and dedicated so much for us to have the freedoms we do today!

FR community is sadly a shell of the effective force it once was ie: Bill Clinton protests, Freeping polls, and March on DC against Obamacare nine years ago.
Members here could make a significant difference defending the Constitution by using a fraction of the energy they devote to Q porn directed toward making local, state and federal politicians feeling the heat for being such dishonest enemies of a Free Republic.
At any rate, Oathkeepers and the other Constitutional group are disorganized.
This should have been posted at every gunsmith, firearms shop, instructors, show, etc.

Planning Nationwide Protests Over Mueller Investigation, Believe Firing Imminent

Democrats believe President Donald Trump will take action to stop the Russia investigation this weekend and are contacting local organizers around the country to plan protests, leaked emails to The Daily Caller News Foundation show.
Connecticut Democratic Rep. Jim Himes sent an email out to field organizers in Norwalk and other towns in his home state Friday outlining his concerns that the president will fire either Attorney General Jeff Session, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, or special counsel Robert Mueller.
A source connected to the Himes campaign told TheDCNF that the Democrats need “contingency plans” set up in case Trump takes action. The same source said other Democrats nationwide are sending similar notices out to staff members as well.

I don't appreciate the condescension. If I rearranged everything to get down there by noon tomorrow, I'm pretty sure I'd be the only one there. Maybe you all could try again for June or July and LET US NOW ABOUT IT in advance. I've to more than plenty 2A rallies in the past because I had some notice and a chance to get others together.
