I believe it was George Carlin Who made the observation that San Diego TV weatherman is the easiest job in the world.

It’s kinda sad, really, how deep into drama they go whenever the weather veres from ‘nice.’ As for the rant of the weatherman, I laughed. The follow up should be his receiving of the crates of pacifiers and a pallet of diapers.
