Michael Cohen, the embattled personal attorney of Donald Trump, has denied fresh reports that Special Counsel Robert Mueller obtained evidence he visited Prague in 2016.
'No matter how many times or ways they write it, I have never been to Prague. I was in LA with my son. Proven!' Cohen wrote in a withering tweet on Saturday.
'Bad reporting, bad information and bad story by same reporter Peter Stone,' he wrote.
Cohen was referring to a McClatchy report on Friday, which cited two sources claiming that Mueller's investigators traced evidence that Cohen entered the Czech Republic through Germany in August or September of 2016.
British ex-spy Christopher Steele's dossier claimed the purpose of the trip was to meet with a prominent ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Konstantin Kosachev, but it is not clear whether Mueller has evidence of such a meeting.

Yes, no way Cohen comes out with this strong a denial which includes an air tight aliby if in fact he was in Prague.
My guess is the Liberals know what’s in the forthcoming IG report and are going nuts trying to muddy the waters with these horse crap made up stories.
Sessions is a disgrace allowing this to go on & on.

So now, in desperation, the Mueller inquisition via the media is recycling old disproven accusations. It would be pretty easy to prove if Cohen was in Prague. There would be a paper trail of receipts for meals, hotels, airline tickets, not to mention a log somewhere of his entrance to a foreign country.
We know damn well if any of that evidence actually existed, the Deep State boys club of the US / UK would have dug it up.
The Mueller investigation has entered the delusional phase. Much like a UFO cult that predicts an exact date and time for a close encounter, when it doesn’t happen, they double down with even more outrageous predictions.

I can say this....if you fly into any German airport (from a direct US flight)...you will encounter the German border patrol, and they will scan your passport. They have the record there of entry, plus they’d stamp the passport.
Now...if you flew via a friend’s private jet and landed at some lesser airfield...there’s a 50-50 shot that no scan was made of the passport.
The other problem here....how did he return to the US, if he was in Prague? Did he fly back from Germany to LA? He would have entered through LA’s border patrol group, and they would have scanned his passport.
The only other alternate way to make this work is some third-world passport that Cohen might have had, and used for his flights. Maybe that’s the whole angle to this.
Mueller is trying to make Cohen sweat. The whole purpose of this raid on his office was to try to poke holes in his claim that he was never in Prague. Next he’s going to interview him and try to set a perjury trap.
Most hotels in Europe require you to give your passport, and they alert local police as to every guest staying in the hotel.
