Meh. In 2014, FR was afraid that the (R) nominee would be Jeb Bush. We saw how that turned out.

I still wouldn't rule out Jeb running as a Democrat. He might win that way - (D)'s pull the lever for whoever's on the ticket, and Bush might peel off enough NeverTrumpers from the (R) party to win.

It's as good a theory as "Joe Biden/Kamala Harris/Warren/Sanders/Oprah".
