A family in Colorado is outraged after two men, who were accused of gang-raping a 13-year-old girl with their brothers and cousins, were only sentenced to probation.
Tommy Williams, 20, and Clarence Williams, 19, were each sentenced on Tuesday to a minimum of 10 years of sex offender intensive supervised probation, with a maximum of life on probation, KKTV reported.
The men are two of six suspects accused of sexually assaulting the young teen in December 2016 inside of the Stonebrook Terrace apartment complex in Colorado Springs.

The victim's grandfather was shocked at the sentencing, telling the news station: "There was six of them and they gang-raped my granddaughter."
The group of suspects some of whom are reportedly related as cousins or brothers and identified as Jacolby Williams, Tyron Williams, James Williams, and a juvenile, in addition to Tommy and Clarence were with the girl on Dec. 19, according to The Gazette.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why a white girl Star Bucks manager would be concerned about a couple of black dudes loitering and thinking they are entitled to use a Starbucks as a public toilet?
...guess this won’t be in Jet magazine... OR a subject for discussion on The View...
they could be Obama’s sons
Black Subhumans Matter. Stack the courts with leftist judges for decades, this is the result. Absolutely sickening.
Of course —now string them up!
What was the matter with the judge?
This is the standard sentence for anyone charged with sexually touching a little girl.
The perps did way more that just "sexual touching."
Maybe the sentencing judge wasn't paying attention, you know, cuz there are just so many sexual touchers out there.
I failed to see the name of the Judge that rendered this extremely unjust sentence.
If the victim were my granddaughter, and the court failed so miserably, I would hunt down these savages and eliminate them in slow and extremely painful ways.
Then I would turn myself in and likely be sent to prison for the rest of my life....then, perhaps hell.
"..."I beg you, your honor, make them pay!" said the girl's grandfather, who urged 4th Judicial District Judge Michael McHenry to reject their plea agreements and order the defendants to trial.
But at the request of a prosecutor and the victim's mother, McHenry ultimately accepted the deals, sentencing brothers Tommy Williams, 20, and Clarence Williams, 19, to 10 years to life on sex offender intensive supervised probation.
Under terms of the agreement, both must register as sex offenders and abide by strict supervision. If they get in trouble, both would be eligible for indeterminate prison sentences, meaning they could spend up to life in prison, McHenry noted.
In asking the judge to accept the plea bargains, prosecutor Tyler Uhlenbrock alluded to evidentiary problems while tiptoeing around them. He said the District Attorney's Office had to consider the "likely outcome" at trial as well as the trauma in having the girl take the stand six times to describe her ordeal.
A series of evidentiary hearings last year highlighted factors that could have complicated the effort to obtain convictions at trial.
Defense attorneys assailed the girl's credibility, pointing to ways her story had changed over time and suggesting she had exaggerated or fabricated parts of her account to avoid getting in trouble herself. They focused on her marijuana use and past claims that she was older than her real age, sparking eruptions in court from relatives on both sides.
The four guilty pleas - together with results of a rape examination, a condom wrapper and other physical evidence gathered by police - left little doubt that a crime was committed, however. At 13, the girl couldn't grant lawful consent, but claims that she was a willing participant could have been used to attack her veracity.
The girl, a runaway at the time, has been placed in protective custody, her family members said, declining to provide details. She suffered a "mental breakdown" after learning that two more defendants were headed for probation, her mother said after the hearing.
Darn you beat me to it.
I would look into the possibility of the judge taking a bribe or being connected to the family in some way....this is the type action that should not get probation but give series jail time for those involved.
Too bad western justice wont be allowed
Has anyone described them as “good boys” yet?
They did that with a couple here after they stabbed a woman to death.

Colorado Springs, eh? The TV show (where I thought the Lt. was doing most of his work in Los Angeles - I was mistaken).
Thanks...that was much more information. Quiet a mess.
These two should be giving advise to the CEO jackass of StarBucks!
