A California school district says that parents can’t opt out of a new sex education course that will deal with abortion, homosexuality and transgender issues.
California passed a law called the California Healthy Youth Act in 2015 to promote “healthy attitudes” about “gender [and] sexual orientation.” The law is meant to teach students about the “effectiveness and safety of all FDA-approved contraceptive methods” and allow for “objective discussion” about “parenting, adoption, and abortion.”
The law also gives parents the ability to opt-out of this education and said that the “pupil” shall not be punished academically in any way if they don’t participate.

“Parents do not have a constitutional right to excuse their children from portions of the school curriculum that they find objectionable,” he continued.
The state-approved “tool kit” for the course includes topics about lubricants, anal sex and sex toys.
“What if you don’t have time or money to buy sex toys?” the guide reads on page C-51. “Cucumbers, carrots, and bananas (with the peel) make great dildos. Just remember to use a condom!”

The 13th research question addressed, of homosexual men who have been molested, what percentage were molested before self-identification as homosexual men, and what percentage were molested after self-identification as homosexual? Of homosexual men who were molested, 68% were molested before self-identification as homosexual, and 32% were molested after self-identification as homosexual.

They may think so. I think that the fact that their citizens are finally pushing back against sanctuary cities is a sign that the people have had ENOUGH and that the “leaders” are no longer going to have free rein to exert their will on the governed.
