I agree the lawsuit seems to be an idiotic act of desperation. There is a small chance one or more of Mueller’s Rat mercenaries have leaked something to the DNC
that they could use in a civil case versus a criminal case due to the lower evidence standard. Think OJ and the successful civil suit against him. Rat Judge and a Rat venue, who knows what kind of BS they could pull off.
The damage that has been done to the public’s perception of Justice will take decades to recover. A special council is search of a crime is disgusting to Americans, it reeks of Stalinist Russia, the KGB, and the German SS. I can’t even look at friends who are lawyers because I know that naked disgust will show on my face. I no longer believe in the American justice system.

We can only hope that Trump’s response to the suit mentions ‘frivolous’ due to the fact the DNC server was downloaded to a flash drive at the location of the server, indicating both physical access and login access by the perps. The perps are likely the Pakistani gang hired-but-not-vetted by Wassermann - Schulz. More embarassing is the loss of control over the server cracking tools of the NSA, CIA, FBI, and DOJ that were sitting unprotected on the DNC server at the time.
That’s true. But while the danger is real, so is the upside. The Democrat’s generic advantage over Republicans has seen steady erosion. The never-ending lawfare against Trump started backfiring months ago.
