I've been wondering why the bench seat went extinct. Thanks!
I DONT FREAKING GET IT!
I drive a 2014 Toyota Tundra Crew cab. Big truck. Back up camera.
I like to back into parking spots because it is MUCH easier to get OUT of that parking spot without hitting another vehicle.
I only use the camera during the final few inches to be sure I am all the way in the spot without hitting the car behind me. I can usually back in just as quickly as pulling in (and in one try) because I KNOW HOW TO DRIVE, unlike most of the people out there.
Tough to do with Union Labor, EPA regulations, safety regulations, etc. A decent car can be made for $10,000 w/o all the regulations.
There is always a pucker factor when there are big increases at the gas pump. I don't think $4 gas would have the same impact today. I am thinking it would be above $5. Auto and trucks get better gas mileage today. The credit crisis also had a major impact. Credit dried up. There was noway that people in debt with their credit cut off to afford gas.
Subaru Forester. The perfect vehicle.
AWD a must for us.
Roomy, I’m a BIG guy.
Safe, 7 airbags.
FAST, no lack of acceleration here.
Fuel efficient, 25 mpg average.
Ease of entry, wide swinging doors almost to 90 degrees.
5 seater, fold down rear seat for even MORE cargo.
Many standard accessories people want (Limited model). High trade in value.
Aren't Subaru's mostly bought by Vermonters and liberals and...
There is a simple reason for the low sales of newer Lincolns: Why spend the extra $20K for a simple label when you can buy a regular Ford with all the same bells and whistles as are on the Linc?
I love my Lincoln, but it’s just a T-Bird with a different logo. The parts are all interchangeable!
This could be an opportunity. Rather than let foreigners take the entire sedan market, some American capitalists should start up a new company — the new American Motors Corporation, perhaps — without the UAW, and focus on sedans. Maybe they could buy some of the defunct divisions of the Big Three (Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Saturn, Mercury, Plymouth, etc.)
There is a market void here; let’s see someone fill it.
...women who wear sensible shoes and have season tickets for WNBA.
