“Pull my finger”
Back in the 1960’s when I was an odd boy, Bill Cosby was a cherished friend. His comedy pilloried the foibles of being a human who makes errors in judgement. In a very important way he conveyed a message that it was not a disaster to march to the beat of a different drummer; to overcome embarrassing missteps and forge on to success.
I have believed for a while this would be the inevitable end to all of this. None-the-less, I feel a great sense of loss.
