Need Trump Rally Video that will play on Explorer 12, in Windows 7
TOPICS: Miscellaneous; Your Opinion/Questions
KEYWORDS: chat; explorer12; html5; notnews; vanity; video; windows7
I went to Youtube to watch the President's Michigan rally, and all the videos are in HTML5, which will not play on Explorer 12, in Windows 7.
Then, the upgrade to Edge is not compatible with Windows 7.
Anyone know where there's a video of the event that will play on Explorer 12?
Thanks in advance.

12?
I thought the last was IE 11.
If your browser can play youtube videos, it should play one of the rally videos.

I thought you could only turn it up to 11?

You could install Chrome or Firefox. They should work.

You’re right...my bad. It is Version 11.
I looked at several other sites before posting this, I guess the “12” got subconsciously embedded in this old 72-year old brain somewhere along the way.
Thanks guys.

I think all the moves to better (?) OS and features just leaves a lot of what is familiar (Conservatism) behind and strives for newer, better and improved.

Get a new browser. Firefox will do it.

I dropped Firefox months ago, because George Soros took over Mozilla.

I have the same problem, so I have to use Firefox to view a lot of live streams over youtube.

I have Firefox, but it had a bunch of problems a while back with an update (the update killed all of my shortcuts) so I had to back out of the update, and now Firefox keeps telling me that I am dangerously out of date..... Has all of that been fixed, does anyone know?

I have Win 7 Professional, IE11 and Firefox 56.0.2, and I can get the Trump Mich Rally with either browser. My Firefox is purposely retarded, because updates cause problems. This one works on IE11-

I keep several browsers on my machine - IE is the least used.
You can load Firefox or Chrome and use them if/when IE won't do the job.
Typing this from a Win7 Machine that will play anything on the internet.

Firefox question: Will my “Favorites” carry over from Explorer to Firefox? I have an extensive library of “favorites”, all categorized on the drop down bar, with my own “hints” of the various passwords for those sites.
Thanks in advance.

Not sure about your hints but when you install Firefox you can have it import the Favorites and I’ve never had it miss anything.
