[Berkeley] Student gov threatens to give [College Republicans] funds to Black Student Union [ed]
Campus Reform ^ | April 28, 2018 | Adam Sabes

A University of California, Berkeley Student Senator proposed that all student government funding for the Berkeley College Republicans be reallocated to the Black Student Union.

According to The Daily Californian, Senator Rizza Estacio made an amendment to the proposed budget allocations to student organizations and university groups which would eliminate the $1,000 funding for the BCR and add it to the budget for the BSU.

Estacio said that her reasoning for the reallocation is because the BCRs “have violated a lot of, like, lead center rules during like free speech week,” adding that because of this, the organization does not deserve funding from the ASUC.

By her inability to speak a coherent sentence, pretty obvious Miss Estacio was an affirmative action admittance at Berkeley.

Money has been reallocated by federal and state governments for racial reasons for decades.

Republicans need to scrutinize laws pertaining to all public monies collected by Berkeley.

It is entirely possible that federal offenses committed by Berkeley may include, but not be limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by ERISA enacted 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government,

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate 4th amendment rights.

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with a public enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional mandates in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Republicans demand the following agencies commence investigations at once:
<><> FBI — Wire Fraud Division
<><> IRS-Fraud Unit
<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,
<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.
<><> DOJ’s Criminal Division— Public Integrity Section
<><> DOJ Criminal Division—Organized Crime and Gang Section.

Maybe she should study the (very) racist history of the Democrat party and then get back to us about revoking money for the Republicans.

You’re right about that, CB. Bakke should have been the end of that.

This is certainly proof that the voting age should be raised to at least 21, maybe higher.

That is a fair summary of what she, like, said. And with no trace of irony.

“Lead center rules” during “free speech week”?

Doesn’t sound so “free” of thought and speech. You have to lurch Left and tow the Party line. That is anti-free speech.

“Maybe she should study the (very) racist history of the Democrat party and then get back to us about revoking money for the Republicans.”

You can provide a complete very detailed history of each and every single atrocity committed by the democrat party in perfect gory detail up to and including their resistance against all civil rights legislation including 1964. And every single democrat in unison will look at you with a straight face and proclaim they 100% switched sides with the southern strategy, as if a general distaste for welfare policies (for ideological not racist reasons) and the belief in rule of law to provide an orderly society is the same thing as centuries of terrorism, bombings, assassinations, unanimous dissent against the 13th, 14th, 15th amendments and all attempts to create civil rights laws in the 20th century, a century of lynchings against blacks and whites alike. Barring school house doors, and creating jim crow laws. Oh yeah, starting a civil war. Yeah, total equivalency there

"Student governments" on college campuses have become their own little gestapos, propping up Leftist causes, and shutting down anything resembling conservative thought and speech. To rub even more salt into the conservative wound, student government "fees" are taken from each student, and disbursed to student groups as operating stipends.

In my experience, most of the conservatives on campus are too busy with their studies to notice--they're on campus reading, writing papers, and doing research in hopes of graduating and becoming productive citizens.

Meanwhile, Leftists have taken over student governments and rule with iron fists--in positions of power they really shouldn't have. There's no oversight, and very little recourse to remove them, once in place. Whatever value such "governments" may have had in the past, allowing students to practice democratic principles while representing the student body on campus, has grown into an out-of-control monster, steam-rolling conservatives. It's time to apply some checks and balances.

Berkeley Student Senator Rizza Estacio proposed that all student government funding going to Republican student groups be diverted to Black student groups...

We demand to know how many identities Rizza Estacio is using.

How many US and state govt checks she is cashing.

How many organizations she belongs to that advocate the overthrow of the US govt.

Is Rizza Estacio a US citizen?

Is Rizza Estacio here on a student visa?

Does Rizza Estacio vote in US elections? In foreign elections?

How often does Rizza Estacio travel abroad?

Is Rizza Estacio registered as an agent of a foreign govt?
