Not overturned, invalidated. Obama NEVER had that power.

That undoes all that DACA has done.

We wouldn’t’ have this if ICE would do their job.

The lawsuit filed Tuesday against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in U.S. District Court in Brownsville, Texas, correctly says DACA must be invalidated because President Obama had no legal right to create the program “without congressional authorization.” .

It's worth a try... we've got to do something to stop illegals invading our country. Enough is enough.

(Wasn't that thing with Kanye and Sowell amazing? Loved it.)

If memory serves me correctly, there were even more states that were about to sue over this, before the election. obama even stated that his memo wouldn’t stand up in court, but the Ryan/McConnell never did anything about it. I’m thinking that the State AGs held back, thinking that the President would actually honor his campaign pledge to get rid of DAPA and DACA on Day 1. Sadly, he did not.

Personally, I think he would have been better off letting all the states sue, not challenge any of it, since it was a memo from obama, not even an EO and have the courts toss all of it out. All the anger shifts to the courts and problem is solved, nonetheless.

The four preceding Presidents would not let ICE do their job.

DACA are shielded from enforcement action by Obama’s phony program.
The GOP should have sued in Aug of 2012 when this started and stopped it cold.
They wanted amnesty, too.
Any way they could get it.

Turtleface is a complete scumbag. If that bastard is trying to sabotage ANY candidate, that’s the candidate to vote for.

Even Obummer himself admitted he didn’t have the authority, yet did it anyway. And the spineless Repukes (McConnell, Ryan, etc.) refused to challenge the illegal action. Because they are also invested in flooding the country with third-worlders.
