Democracy 21 is a leftist organization, staffed by some people who also work for People for the American Way. Their General Counsel also works for Gifford’s anti-gun lobbying organization, Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence.

Congress has oversight through committees, and can demand whatever information they damn well please.

DOJ/FBI either hand over the imformation requested, or their leadership is impeached, removed from office, and their agencies de-funded.

I know, it is good for a laugh. This pap from their mission page is simply typical of the Left.

But this does tie into something many of us have known for a long time: The Left is at war with us. Many of us see this reality, but the vast majority of people on both the left and particularly on the right don't understand this.

Dan Bongino talked about it yesterday on his show, and likened it to getting in a boxing match, where all the rules are read out to both participants (no biting...no kicking, no weights or razors in gloves, etc) and when the fight begins, the conservative is getting nailed by weighted razored gloves and we are still at the point where we complain to the referee (the Media) and they say "I didn't see anything."

The good news may be that many of us have long since understood that complaining to the referee is useless, bought and paid for as they are.

See my post above...it is possible conservatives are coming around. (just an opinion)

The left is at war with us, and we generally (mostly) think it is still a game being played by real rules and are still getting shocked when the rules aren’t followed.

I think that is changing.
