When you can no longer win elections by cheating and voter fraud you go back to your oldest trick in the book, fake scandals. Ever since Reagan they have used the phony scandal as a way to destroy a presidency. They know they control the Dinosaur Press so whatever they label a crime it will be blown up with feigned outrage and tears which they report breathlessly about the corrupt Republican President and eventually drive down his likability to win the next election.

This tactic began under Richard Nixon who never actually did anything which had not been done by the Dems and then moved on to Reagan and Iran Contra. Iran Contra was one of the most outrageous manufactured scandals in histoir. Nicaragua had a coup which was orchestrated and partially fought by Cuba overthrowing the ruling dictator in a violent war.

America and Reagan resisted the installation of a communist dictatorship on American soil while the Dems of course adored their newest comrade, Daniel Ortega. Reagan of course supported the weapon strapped Contras while the communists had all the weapons Cuba and Russia could supply along with military advisers to spread their Marxist dream throughout Central and South America.

The Democrat controlled congress immediately passed the
Boland Amendment which was attached to the budget and
Reagan was forced to sign it. This bill made it unlawful to help the Contras fight the Sandinistas who were being supplied by Cuba and Russia the two darlings of the Democrat Party. The Dems brought Daniel Ortega who the mediots would swoon over when they brought him to New York and DC using him as a prop of what a good communist looked like in their dream of making America the next communist utopia.

Once they had the Boland Amendment in place they now had the Reagan administration handcuffed since the Dems knew he had signed long term agreements to fight this war on the mainland against communism. This is when Oliver North came up with some backchannel agreements to supply the Contras with old Israeli and Iranian weapons as well as some other ways around the Amendment. The Dems found out and the investigation began.

The media and Dems were feeling their oats, they had defeated America in the Vietnam War and toppled a sitting President for questionable reasons with some fake journalism, so they thought they could take down Reagan. The problem was Ronald Reagan was very popular and was orchestrating the biggest economic recovery in history after years of downturn. This did not stop them and with the help of the Anti-American Media they set out to take him out through Iran/Contra.

Although they failed to bring down Reagan they certainly damaged him and a few of his members went to jail or were pardoned. This became the model of every Democrat loss from that point on. They would invent some false charge and release it to the echo chamber who would report it with feigned outrage as if it were a crime against America to destroy the Administrations’ credibility in hopes of an impeachment or damaging him for the next election.

They followed this fake scandal with George Bush senior having taken a trip in the U2 spy plane for a secret meeting over Iran’s release of the hostages to help Reagan win the election. If not for that meeting Reagan may have only won 47 states rather than 48 and the Dems ramped up their impeachment machine. This scandal went on for two years as they tried and failed to get a special prosecutor since the information was so weak even they had to admit it was false.

Then of course they repeated it on GW Bush first with the Bush Lied about weapons of mass destruction accusation, which every country said he had and only had 18 months to move them.

They finally found a crime they could make into a scandal with the Valerie Plame reveal. Even though she had already been exposed as a CIA employee months prior and was no longer in the field if she ever was, the media made her out to be 007 and the crime of the century.

The Dems had the lapdog GOP agree to a special prosecutor in hopes of impeachment and set out to cripple Bush as a way of defeating America in the Iraq war. This was a completely fabricated scandal as the target was nothing more than a glorified clerk in the basement of the CIA and had been revealed by Secretary of State Armitage, but they wanted to pin the reveal on Vice President Cheney who the DNC boogerman.

This scandal was as fake as fake can get but in Moscow on the Potomac you can indict a ham sandwich and do, every Republican win. Scooter Libby was sent to prison for misstating a time and was prosecuted for perjury and multiple witnesses were bankrupted for hundreds of thousands in legal fees just like today. The Dems found their tool to overturn elections and destroy administrations to keep them from doing too much good for the people for fear of finding out Marxism does not work.

The C-rats have lost the America people at the ballot box. They have no ideas which really help them since in reality they are who Dems really hate. When they attack President Trump as a racist, sexist, homophobe or the charge of the day, it is Americans they are really aiming their hatred at. They hate that the people have rejected such sophisticated and forward thinking people like them and Saint Hillary and would choose an uncouth Billionaire like Donald Trump. They really cannot fathom it happening and now have to return things back to normal through their fake scandal tactics.

This one has actually gone better than they could even dream. To imaging a fake dossier could be used to eventually get an investigation going let alone a Special Prosecutor named in a Repub Congress was a dream comes true for these instigators. They ramped up ABDNCBS to shout it from the mountaintops and here we are with an out of control prosecutor trying to overthrow a President with no crime and no evidence of a crime out on an unending trolling expedition, fishing for a crime.

There is one problem and that is the economy is coming back and the American people are not ready to return to the malaise days of Barack. They smell some better times and also smell a rat in the Muletrain. The mood for another fake scandal is growing short as there is plenty of information coming out the real scandal is in the investigation and not what is being investigated.

America is figuring out this DNC charade and is becoming less patient and angrier with it which may upset their hoped for Blue Wave turning it into another Red Tsunami as they scream Peach 45.

America is not a Marxist country. Its people were not subjects and serfs to be told what to do and when to do it. They come from people who settled and fought to pioneer and develop individually a country from nothing to the most powerful in the world. They are rugged individuals who are willing to make their own way without the help of a king telling what they can and cannot do.

This is why patriots are not receptive to socialist ideas and mandates like Obamacare and food stamps. Americans understand the basis of freedom so when they are given big gummit solutions they turn their backs and vote for Trump. The Donks have lost the American people so they have gone to the courts to overthrow elections in a desperate attempt to get their power back. This time America is not buying their Iran/Contra3.0 and are about to get thrown back to the ash heap of histoir where they and Karl Marx belong.

Thanks for thread A.B. Hoping Judge Ellis dumps Special Counsel investigation. Mueller claims special verbal super secret instructions as to scope of his investigation (i.e. GET TRUMP!). This is grounds for Rod to fire Mueller and his band of cutthroats, or Sessions to fire them all.

According to the leftist media, Avenatti is the "man who could take down the President". They are not just leftist, but also mainly stupid. Avenatti has only one thing going for him, and that is leftist judge Wood. He threatened to show proof of the affair (pictures) and now the clock is ticking. Even if he has pictures it won't help his case much in the court of publc opinion, the never-Trumpers will celebrate but most people are not going to care.

The bottom line is that Avenatti has nothing but his "victim" and her "sketch" and she's not very sympathetic except to watchers of the View. Avenatti himself is just another sleazy lawyer, neither likable nor dislikable but he doesn't have a lot of material to work with. So he repeats his anti-Trump mantra which is that Trump is crazy and reckless and a liar. Same thing the leftist said about Trump before he was elected. Trump just has to show that he is professional and effective and he does that fairly easily every day.

With two significant, in my opinion, overnight revelations about Mueller, I may just have to watch FNS for the first time in a year, at least the Jo diGenova part of it.

First, the Ellis court transcripts have shown that the authority for Mueller to use the entire FISA wiretap data base was given to him on JUST VARBAL authority from Rosenstein. That's right, the Obama administration illegally wiretapped over two hundred Trump transition and administration officials under the pretext of foreign intelligence, and then turned it over to Mueller for use in a criminal investigation. And now we have the Mueller team admitting this to Ellis.

Second, Mueller indicted more than a dozen Russians expecting that none of them would show up in court. Well, one did, and he's rightfully demanding that Mueller give evidence of the crimes that are alleged. Mueller asked for a delay (in the hearing that he scheduled) and last night the judge said "no way". So Mueller has to put up, or shut up. Since this "evidence" is likely form the same database of foreign intelligence given on verbal authority, Mueller is in another bind.

I don't know this Michelle Wolf character but what I do know is she is NOT funny.

Even IF the routine mocked people, it should still be a little bit funny.

Below, a quote about the alleged comedic routine.

"Wolf added that she was not sure whether Sanders was going to divide the reporters into softball teams, or tell a “bunch of lies,” or a give a press briefing.

“I actually really like Sarah. I think she’s very resourceful. Like she burns facts and then she uses that ash to create a perfect smokey eye,” she said. “Like maybe she’s born with it, maybe it’s lice … It’s probably lice.”

Wolf told the audience that she wasn’t sure what to call Sanders, questioning whether she should call her “Aunty Huckabee Sanders” or “Cousin Huckabee.”

“What is Uncle Tom, but for white women who disappoint other white women?” she asked. “I know. Aunty Coulter.”

The audience in the room was noticeably uncomfortable as Sanders sat at the head table without smiling.

Some White House staffers at the dinner walked out, and some even shared their disgust at the comedy routine on Twitter."

How they caught the Golden State killer

I am a bit of a true crime buff and the way the Golden State killer was caught is just plain intriguing.

Back in the 70's and 80's when this fine man went on a murder rampage, killing 14 people and raping 45 women, they didn't have the DNA analysis that they have today.

They had plenty of DNA on this guy, as he tended to help himself to food and drinks after raping his victims, he left smoked cigarettes….etc.

Only the DNA science back in that day was not as sophisticated as it became after the turn of the century.

So while the DNA saved over the years was plentiful, and while the analysis involved in identifying the owner of a DNA sample, unfortunately there was no DNA on file for the Golden State Killer. In other words, they had his DNA identified and if there was another DNA sample available from the man, he could have been identified.

What they did was go to one of those Ancestory DNA sites and using the DNA collected from many years ago, matched to someone who used this service to, I don't know, find out if they are from Finland or some such.

THEN it was a matter of investigating all of this person's close relatives with a close match of the DNA collected from the Golden State killer many years ago.

It took a while, but they found the guy and got yet another, current, DNA sample out of the guy's trash and boom, a MATCH!

So if you use those ancestor match things know that your DNA could be used to find your brother guilty of crimes from many years ago.

It's not illegal and the legal papers signed for this thing specifically state that you DNA can be used to solve a crime.

Fascinating.

Wednesday Date-5/2/18

I have very mixed emotions about Mark Levin. He's a smart man and a good writer. Most times he hosts a pretty good radio show.

But his new show "Life, Liberty and Levin", airing on Sunday nights on Fox News at 10 pm, is simply an awful show.

One week he had Ed Meese as a guest! Bear in mind that Mark sits and talks with only one guest for the entire show.

At times this might work, like when the guest is currently in the news. James Comey, at this point in time, makes a pretty good single guest.

But Ed Meese? Who the hell remembers him?

Understand that I kind of remember him and Mark did work with the guy during the Reagan era.

Boring, man…boring.

I've watched Mark's show three times now.

Never again.

A famed FreeRepublic commentator, very active on this thread in fact, recently posted a missive to start a march on Washington D.C. It was posted under Breaking News and was, and still is, an object of discussion.

Because folks, we are sick of those bunch of Feeble Reprobates trying to take down our fairly elected president.

So I sit and wonder ….are we just going to let this happen?

Because I remember Richard Nixon and the Scooter Libby joke, two people whose lives were ruined due to stupid FBI research with a little help from the evil media.

Nixon just sat around, like a typical Republican, and did nothing until time came for him to just quit.

Scooter was VP Cheney's Chief of Staff and Cheney needed to be punished. So the awful Fitzgerald prosecutor had him arrested for something he knew Libby did NOT do.

President Trump, thank goodness, recently pardoned Libby because George Dubya Bush, one of the biggest presidential disappointments in our history, pardoned Libby so he wouldn't lose his law license but never fully gave a pardon.

George Dubya….a real loser-burger.

Because Scooter Libby did not call CIA cafeteria worker a secret spy, which she is not.

Even though Richard Armitage it was revealed told about Valeria Plame and her famed spaghetti dinners, Fitzgeral did not care about the truth.

BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TRUTH!!!

They want to take a President down and Trump will be going down soon.

Are we going to sit and take it?

I love Rush Limbaugh, but he's chickening out, one leader who can create national bake sales overnight and who loved George Dubya, by the way.

But Rush, he wants his fame. He's not getting involved in any citizen protest.

Problem is here’s who Judge Ellis is:
Here’s who the Mule team is up against: Ellis got his BS degree from Princeton,than served as a naval pilot. He got a doctorate at Harvard,a Knox fellowship in the UK and than a law degree at Oxford. He also lectured at Wm. and Mary Univ.
I feel sorry for anyone who goes up against this guy. They will lose and lose big time,finally a judge who is not compromised.
