obviously - it’s part of the Likud‘s drive to war.

Likud‘s been itching for a big war for at least one year

Being about half the size of Orange or San Bernardino Counties, having been attacked 1249 times (not counting wars) as of March 2018, in its young modern history, Israel has had 3,705 killed and 14,736 injured (including 222 children killed, and 240 injured).

2016 was the most quiet year recently, as far as rockets are concerned, with only 16-18 landing in populated areas. 2017 was also relatively quiet with about 50 confirmed rocket/mortars landing in Israel. Rockets and mortars landing approximately 10k (6 miles) from populations centers are not counted unless there are casualties.

This does not count other types of terrorist attacks either. This is just rocket/mortar related.

Since 2012, 2,604 rockets and mortars have landed in Israel. Often in highly populated areas. Most provided by Iran, and many fired from Gaza.

As such, if Israel is going far out of its normal defensive posture to defend itself regarding Iranian activity to the north and east, and is as concerned as it appears to be, something really big is afoot, or could be carried out against Israel soon.

Why do you hate Israel so much? You will be on the wrong side of Scripture.

Fact free and mindless conjecture suggests bias approaching malice.

Israel already has plenty of justification for that.

Did you write your comment to show your stupidity and idiocy and your anti-Jew bias?

>>Is Israel saying this to justify attacking Iran and other ME countries?<<

I certainly hope so, but Israel needs no justification to attack those hostile countries. And it doesn’t need any other country’s “approval” to do so either.
