Possibly so.But to give one example of the point I made check out a SCOTUS decision called "Caetano v Massachusetts".It's an appeal of a Massachusetts law on the 2nd Amendment which SCOTUS shot down (get it?) by a 9-0 vote.Even BillyBob's and Osama Obama's nominees voted against the Massachusetts Supreme Court.

And just then the Radio crackles with the good news- they found 2 old Warrants from some fight back at College years ago. Those should have been dropped after the Court found You NOT GUILTY and Dismissal of All Charges. THAT IS WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED !!!

So you really think State police have the resources to start pulling over ever single resident of a gun sanctuary city or county on a bogus pretext so they determine if this just happens to be someone who owns an “illegal” gun that the city refuses to charge him with? All in the hopes that this “illegal” gun just happens to be in the car at the time?

I know a very reliable guy that is...let’s say....middle management at the New York State Police. The Troopers are now being instructed (verbally) to treat any entrance on to State property by Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) as trespassing. New York State Troopers are being instructed to confront ICE agents on all State property and ask them to leave State property immediately. If it comes to it, they are tell them they are trespassing on State property.

Pardon me, but I just don’t think NY State Police have the balls for a standoff with Federal officials who have a substantial answer for the old question of, “Yeah? You and what army?”

I have the same info from my buds at LAPD. HOWEVER, have you ever thought what would happen if state STOPS FEDS? Seriously, does the local police have the jurisdiction to stop Homeland Security or the FBI? I know a direct source who told me the cops at LAPD HQ couldnt stop Homeland agents from going to their detention cells and had to call the acting superintendent..

One of the Dakotas is a sanctuary state for the unborn, almost. Not a single medical doctor residing in the state will perform an abortion, absent medical necessity.
So the abortuary flies in a doctor from another state in order to keep the population down.
