Just another form of incrementalism/power creep that will somehow magically become legal, despite that it's blatantly illegal. Tampering with the EC is NOT a 10th amendment right.
The Senate was supposed to represent the State legislatures in Congress.
The 17th Amendment fundamentally destroyed the system of Federalism put in place by the Founders, effectively destroying the Republic.
This nonsense is just more of the same, a direct assault on Americans in States not controlled by communists.
As if we would just sit back and allow this to happen for real.
Right now all this is just marxist subterfuge, it needs to be challenged and shut down on principle.
