Looks like the “used to shop” mall just increased by one.
Last month, Water Tower Place kicked out a group of urban teens who were not misbehaving. WTP officials then “apologized privately” to said teens.
This is the thanks they got.

I am guessing that because the media is using euphemisms, this is another one of those “French youths” moments. We all know the race of the perps.
When enough people think and feel this way, the forces of order – police, and in extremis the National Guard – can be overwhelmed and powerless to stop the disorder.

The above link has a number of references to black on white violence in Chicago so this not a new problem, but one which the MSM ignores.
