John Kerry at the 1st Presidential debate in Oct 2004 clearly stated the Iran deal as his vision for how US-Iran relations should work.
This isn’t just “Obama’s legacy” It the only thing Kerry has accomplished in his poltical career
"Reliability" in the North Korea deal is obviously demonstrated by Trump submitting whatever deal arises to the Senate for treaty ratification, which is something Obama never did.
Let's wait for that to happen before people jump to conclusions about USA reliability.

Odd, the CBS This Morning inquisition of John Bolton this morning used this as their talking points, challenging him to answer what Plan B is. UGH
If Iran didn't sign it, if it's not a treaty, if it's not a deal, if it's only a set of political objectives laid out by Obama, then what did Corker and McConnell think they were passing when they twisted the treaty power into a vote to reject instead of a vote to ratify?
