I fear how the left would wield that power. Although maybe some sort of certification may work.
Journalists need to be held accountable. But because the majority have gone to the liberal dark side with their lies and fake news - it is high time to reign these creeps in.
You make the point beautifully....license them! Using the First Amendment comes with using Responsibility and integrity. Or you can remove all TV cameras from the Press Room.....
