Someone at one point offered the words of a family member of the accused, saying that the two alleged victims were engaged in sexual activity in the public toilet. One of them supposedly approached one of the accused.

Guess that part of the allegations couldn't make it into this article.

Miami media is drooling over this story like it is the new American Revolution.

The LGBTQRSTUV People would incur the Death Penalty if you gave them half a chance.

I’m no fan of the LGBTQXYZ123 movement but you don’t beat the shit out of a couple of dudes because one of them makes a comment to you, no matter how gross it is.

The government can ban smoking for health reasons. Why can’t they ban sodomy for health reasons too?

Really????? You have to be joking me, right?

So if I say your mama wore Army boots, you would not punch me? Not even to defend your mom's honor?

The only reason normal people ever go to South Beach is to watch the freak show. Previous to the 20th century, people would pay an admission fee and get a tour of a working insane asylum. South Beach is the 21st century equivalent.

You wonder about the mindset of some people who wouod engage in lewd behavior in public, make a lewd comment at a stranger and not expect a 50/50 chance of getting their a$$ kicked. .Bring back the good old days when this would have never seen the light of day in court except for the fags getting arrested for indecent exposure. Or the a$$ beating was enough. What if some kid had walked in on them? Some behavior should stay in the closet.

I figured as much. Men use bathrooms every day without getting the crap beat out of them.

If this ‘pair of people’ can’t control themselves, they risk a bad outcome. They’re lucky it ended where it did.

Do perpetrators of knock out ever get threatened with 30 years incarceration?

“Do perpetrators of knock out ever get threatened with 30 years incarceration?”

No kidding...and, by definition, victims of ‘the knockout game’ never did anything to ANTAGONIZE their attackers.

When they were skulking in the shadows and I felt awful if they were abused physically, I demanded they be left alone.

They parlayed that into ‘Pride Parades’ flaunting their filth. If a straight person flaunted ‘their filth’ at a parade they would get arrested.

Hide your shame, faggots. Do it in private or at least in special communities like those on Fire Island etc., not the city streets.

Is that a worse attack than the one the Obama voting bisexual Islamonazi did at the Pulse nightclub with the knowledge and visits by his wife who walked free?

Last month there was an article about a washroom sting operation by a vice squad team. The agent in the washroom was wired with a microphone.

Supposedly if you backed your car into a parking spot near the restroom in a public park, you would sit and wait for someone to back into the spot next to yours. Then, without a word both of you would meet in the restroom.

While there, the agent never propositioned or said anything encouraging. He even repeatedly said NO as the perp was reaching for the agent’s pants to sexually assault/undress him.

The rest of the vice squad team was howling with laughter as all of this was happening until the microphone and junk were getting exposed.

Rape, it’s soooo funny, iddn’t it?

Some actions speak much louder than words.

#MeToo

???

Many murderers/armed robbers/rapists don’t even get that stiff a sentence.

Sorry...I absolutely reject the legitimacy of all "hate crime" laws.If a pervert was unlawfully assaulted then I'll vote guilty on the same kind of charge that would be brought if the victim was normal. But no way will I vote guilty on some enhanced charge that earns the perp extra time because the victim was a perv.

It's called "jury nullification"...and its legality has been upheld by the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

I'm inclined to agree. But as I suggested in Post #15 I'm not gonna vote guilty if doing so will get the accused 30 years whereas I probably would vote guilty if the accused got 6 months (depending on the severity of the *physical* injuries).

How long before they claim it is a hate crime for not allowing them unfettered, free access to our children...in private?

And sex in a public toilet is OK, too?
I guess there are no more lines that anyone can ever draw....and we just have to slouch straight into Gomorrah.

Or not.

Agreed — there is no justification for physically assaulting someone unless you are defending yourself or someone else.

If they gay guy made a lewd or obnoxious comment to these guys, they should make a comment back or ignore it.
