It looks like it made it out of committee and was read on the floor a few times and then shot down.
If I am interpreting one of the other notations properly, Santiago’s motion to reconsider will be considered on May 14.
If I lived in California I would take Monday off from work and park myself in the state assembly building with a protest sign or three...
