I’m not too sure of that. THEY were the ones whom has successfully pushed in a plethora of Socialism: ‘public’ education, income taxes, SS/MediXYZ, War on XYZ...The (R) has ALWAYS played defense (”Do you WANT to push grand-ma off the cliff and take away ABC?”).
