On HBO’s “Real Time,” comedian Bill Maher argued that in order to think things in America are going well, “you have to not care about democracy, Russia, corruption, the environment.”
Maher said, “[A]lmost 60 percent of the people [in] the latest poll in America say things are going well. Now, you have to not care about democracy, Russia, corruption, the environment. I–.”
Former Labor Secretary Robert Reich cut in to say that 90 percent of Americans would say things were going well if there wasn’t a “jerk” as president.
Maher then stated, “I know it’s always the economy, stupid. But are we a people now who only care about money? Because that is the only thing that’s going well.”

Every Fiday night Maher makes a disgusting statement, and every Saturday morning Breitbart covers it. Stupidity.
Bill’s so dumb he doesn’t even know that the United States is a constitutional representative republic, not a “democracy.”
The only people who think thing’s aren’t going in the right direction are libtards who sit around watching MSNBC and CNN all day. For the rest of us, record low unemployment and peace breaking out abroad qualify as things going in the right direction.

Actually, in order to think things are going well you only need look at the Facts- man is not causing climate change, russia did not help trump win, trump did not collude with russia- Sure there is corruption but it’s mostly on the liberal side- oh well- that’s something we have to put up with, and finally- don’t believe the propaganda of lying liberal ‘comedians’
1. It’s a Republic, not a democracy.

3. The corruption lies primarily at the feet of the previous administration and its minions.
4. Environmental extremism was killing this country, based on falsehoods bad data. Man’s contribution to environmental issues is grossly overstated these days. Pretty much any environmental regulations since Clinton took office have been based on BS, and have served merely to raise the cost of living in the US and reduce our ability to be competitive in the world.
Yeah always have to keep ginning up the audience. In the meantime he can go back to his multi-million dollar residence in Beverley Hills and enjoy his minority ownership in the Mets. Things are really tough all around for this pr!ck.

The fact is, most people do not care about Russia and “collusion”. They do not see it as relevant to their lives.
As for the environment, people care but they don’t think it’s an issue that requires changing lifestyles on a dime, like the global warmists would have everyone do (except themselves).

We are a constitutional republic, so no, I don’t much care about “democracy” except when we are voting for our public officials, and then I want Voter ID. Don’t care about the Russians. If they helped us get Donald Trump as our presidents, the Russians are my HEROES. And as for corruption, he has got to be kidding. Clinton. That’s the word for corruption. As for the environment... I care about pollution, but not “global warming.”
