Why do so many people believe that people such as Kerry, 0bama, Clinton et. al. need passports? So many people probably owe them so many favors that they can get whatever they want within a week. They could probably disappear from the world for the rest of their miserable lives, in their own little paradise, during this mortal coil.

They probably have access to so many assets and resources that we can't possibly imagine.
