"First, the Democrats make up a bunch of lies about Russia working with Trump.

Now they are making up a bunch of lies about Russia working with the NRA. "

Use of the expression "make up" or "making up" could be a bit exaggerated. I'm not convinced they invest much effort or creativity into that endeavor. It seems more likely a Pavlovian reflex.

That’s the best summary I’ve seen - with the exception of one point:

“This whole frame job was only managed by the Deep State by taking Sessions out of the equation and they did it easily and quickly...”

I’m sure you are aware of theories that Sessions’ promises of recusal and appearance of timidity was/is a ploy by Trump - the only way to get a friendly AG behind enemy lines was to make him appear harmless to the deep state. Even with the promise to recuse, he just barely got confirmed.

I think the real criminals - who carried out this frame up you so eloquently described - have been baited into a trap by failing to factor in a huge advantage that Trump has: he knows he’s innocent and therefore has known from the very beginning that it was a frame up. He saw them coming a mile away.

Another huge advantage Trump has is that the details of the Russia/Trump collusion case - the supposed timeline, the supporting documents, the communications, the witnesses, the supposed motives, opportunities and forensic evidence - all of the myriad of details of the Russia/Trump collusion case - were planted, and therefore constitute proof that the entire Russia/Trump collusion case was a frame up. In other words, the more thorough, elaborate and detailed the case against Trump is constructed, the more thorough, elaborate and detailed Trump’s case against the deep state is, once it is repackaged as such.

That means Trump’s best way of building his case - that he’s been framed - is by appearing to cooperate, by letting the deep state build their case against him - let them dig their hole deeper - and then when it is complete - simply redirect it to show how that same timeline, all that evidence, all of those witnesses, conversations, documents - all prove not that Trump colluded and schemed with Russia, but rather that the deep state colluded and schemed to frame Trump.

Classic bait and switch - or better yet, classic Br’er Rabbit: “Please, Br’er Fox, whatever you do, PLEASE don’t throw me into that briar patch!”

Wishful thinking? Perhaps - but not farfetched if you believe as I do that Trump has the profound advantage of being innocent, and the deep state has the profound disadvantage of being guilty. They have spent years doubling down on lies and coverups - their coverup strategy was doomed to failure the minute Trump won the election - all those lies and abuse of power, and no Madam President to cover it all up for them? All of those corrupt bought and paid for bureaucrats, and no Madam Pantsuit to pay them for services rendered? There are bound to be hundreds of deep state crooks flipping rather than take a fall for a failed presidential candidate who can niether reward them or protect them.

In time, their massive fraud will fall apart around them and we’ll know one way or the other. I think when that happens people around here will give Jeff Sessions a second look - maybe owe him an apology.
