MAR VISTA, Calif. — A former pro wrestler was beaten severely in front of his Mar Vista home Tuesday and neighbors said it all apparently began over a parking dispute. CBS Los Angeles reports as many as six young men beat Tom Magee, who will be 60 in July.

Good friends of mine had a son with a similar problem in Denver about 15 years ago.
Probably the same as this, with a Mexican.
He ended up shot dead.
There are two justice systems in our country, one allows the suspect to run back home.
Once Yankee outfielder Reggie Jackson was starting to park his car on a NY City street.
Another driver suddenly pulled up and tried to get the same space.
Jackson said “I was just pulling in here.”
The guy got out and pulled a gun and shot at Jackson. He missed. Jackson put up his hands and said “Hey, okay buddy. Okay. You win It’s your space!” The man let him alone and parked.
I don’t understand people who get so possessive over a public parking space. In this case, I suspect it was the old story of class envy; black unemployable, uneducated youth who blame every negative part of their lives on white people.
The same story that has played out in South Africa for decades. Most people outside that region do not discuss how bad it’s gotten.

A friend of mine was waiting to p ark her car in NYC in the winter while the car in that space was warming up. Someone pulled in and refused to give it up even though she was there first and waiting.
She was a vengeful type and slashed all 4 of his tires and left a note “Enjoy the space. You’re going to be here awhile.”

I have mindset in which I cannot accept past hurts unless I get revenge. I wish I didn’t but it’s me all over. Oddly, I never actually get revenge but nurse old wounds and brood over them. Not really a Paul Kersey, am I. So far.
A great book: Payback:The Case For Revenge by Thane Rosenbaum. Discusses hypocrisy of saying “it’s for justice, not revenge” and other mind games. It is revenge or subjugating your own worth to the bully.
