John Brennan warned Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell after Trump ordered the DOJ to review the FBI’s infiltration of his campaign.

His actions go beyond civil criminal, but are treasonous. He DID violate 18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason.

He worked with enemy governments (Iran, just for starters), and tried to overthrow an elected President of the United States.

Treason is a death penalty offense.

The only death penalty offenses today are for murder, espionage, treason, and large-scale drug trafficking.
