I heard Mark Levin's analysis on the Sean Hannity TV show. It seems very well thought out, and like a powerful issue that undercuts the entire legitimacy of Mueller kangaroo investigation.

Basically, M. Levin's position is that Mueller has been given the powers and latitude of an Assistant United States Attorney, and that under the Appointments Clause of the Constitution, he must be confirmed by Congress in order to hold this position.

At the end of his Hannity segment, he addressed every person being investigated by Mueller, and every attorney representing those persons directly, saying this line of defense should be raised in their pleadings.
