A collection of leaked documents appears to show Facebook redefining rules around hate speech and re-educating content moderators following the Charlottesville protest in 2017. According to leaked internal documents obtained by Motherboard, the 2017 Charlottesville protests were a moment of intense introspective for Facebook, which scrambled to redefine what they consider “hate speech” and to educate content moderators about American white nationalists. One training document obtained shortly after the protests reads: “Recent incidents in the United States (i.e. Charlottesville) have shown that there is potentially confusion about our hate org policies and the specific hate orgs in specific markets.”
A log of updates to hate speech policy documents show some of the new phrases and sentiments that were defined as hate speech following the Charlottesville protest. In November 2017, trainers added the comparison of Mexican people to worms as an example of hate speech, in December they added the comparison of Muslims and pigs, and in February, trainers added that referring to transgender people as “it” rather than their preferred pronouns was hate speech.
Five months after the Charlottesville protests, Facebook added slides explaining the social media firms position on white nationalism, supremacy, and separatism. Interestingly, the slides stated that the company does not “allow praise, support, or representation of white supremacy as an ideology” but does allow positions on white nationalism and separatism to be praised or discussed.

The real “turmoil” is what they want to define as hate speech. “How far can we go before it becomes obvious we are restricting Conservative speech and opinions.”
Conservatives and men have no freedom of speech or political activity.
That makes “hate speech” definition quite easy. Whatever makes a young person or liberal feel uneasy or uncomfortable and sounds conservative is hate speech.
Simple.
I am not exaggerating-—others are missing the truth. Test it by wearing a MAGA hat and shirt, speaking in a college class about how great the Constitution is, or discussing black crime on a radio call-in show. You go first. I will visit you in jail.

The failed presidential candidate said that the social media platform is the largest source of news in the world, and she’d like to be in charge of it.
Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton told Attorney General Maura Healey (D-MA) that she would like to be CEO of Facebook, while receiving the Radcliffe Award at Harvard on Friday.
“If you could be a CEO of any company right now, what would you choose?” Healey asked.
“Facebook,” Clinton quickly answered.
The former secretary of state explained that Facebook “is the biggest news platform in the world.”
“Most people in our country get their news, true or not, from Facebook,” she said. “It really is critical to our democracy that people get accurate information on which to make decisions.”
Apparently Clinton would like to be the one deciding the “accurate information” that Americans see.

Based on the judges ruling with regards to trumps Twitter account, I would think that the only restriction Facebook could have would be whether the comments are legal or not. If someone makes an actionable threat, Or promote illegal behavior or action, they could be censored. Beyond that, I don’t see that Facebook has any business saying what users can or cannot do, if such behavior is legal.
The hate speech of the left will spill over to hate actions. Does James T. Hodgkinson ring a bell? Witness current events.

Facebook - you can either be in business selling your members information to the highest bidder, or you can be in the social engineering business (not so profitable)but you can not be in both.
What Facebook is doing is shaping their membership so eventually only be progressives and liberals with any conservative viewpoint driven off.
This is going to taint their real product, data about people. And it is not going to be worth much with half (or more) of the people not participating.

The Court ruled that Trump is a Public Official and therefore could not restrict others on Twitter.
FaceBook is a Private Platform.

FaceBook and others have huge problems right now in Europe.
The new laws wil severely restrict their ability to “collect data”. That’s a revenue killer.
The next regulatory phase in Europe is to have FaceBook and others filter their content for “Hate speech”.
Hate speech that is being defined by Eurocrats that they feel is critical of them, their policies, Islam, LBGTQWTF, Multiculturalism etc...

To install Marxist goals, Free Speech has to be controlled and limited. Hate Speech was invented so that Free Speech could be thwarted by “Hate Speech” and thereby all speech could be controlled.
Hate Speech is a made up leftist ploy and should always be labeled that way.
