I won’t paint all users as victims but this opioid epidemic is caused in large part by innocent people being over-prescribed for pain and ending up as junkies; doctors push pills that they know are creating addicts from normal people.

I do also. Some people are too quick to blame parents. Sometimes rightfully, at other times not. We have friends who were good parents, seemed to do everything right. One of their children got involved with the wrong crowd. They were set to move, even though it created hardships. Before they did, he died from an overdose.

I’m not grieving. I think making drug dealing a capital offense is a fine idea. To be carried out using a lethal injection of whatever the convicted perp was peddling.
