Don’t bet the statute has run out. She amended 5 years of taxes. That is likely enough to keep the clock running.
Financials are in jeopardy a LONG time, and I don’t think civil violations and punishments have a SoL. Those won’t get her in orange jump suit though.
If it’s IRS records, I don’t believe there is a statute of limitations.
