I wish Israel had not been so restrained, and had reduced the Gaza Strip to a smoldering pile of ash. I wish Israel would bomb all along the border with the Gaza Strip, then repeat after advancing the bombing a 1000 yards into Gaza. Repeat after another 1000 yards. Do so until hostilities from Gaza end, or continue bombing Gaza until reaching the beaches. But the Arab hostilities probably won't end even then.

One of the [Palestinian] mortars . . . struck the yard of a kindergarten . . . Israels military responded with airstrikes on . . . military training bases belonging to both Hamas . . . and Palestinian Islamic Jihad Terrorists attack kindergartens, and Israelis strike back against the terrorists. Meanwhile the Washington Post's sympathies are entirely with the terrorists.

Along with calling the "militants" terrorists they could have noted the terrorists were targeting civilians.
