The Left Will Not Succeed in Killing Coal

No matter how much the left has come to believe in its own delusions, for any reasonable observer, it's shockingly clear that the Obama years have left a lasting toll on America. If more proof were needed, look no farther than America's energy system. After an eight-year environmental crusade, the Trump administration was recently forced to step in and underwrite the country's ailing coal and nuclear plants in a last-minute bid to avoid imperiling the reliability of the nation's power grid.

Despite renewed political will to shore up America's energy dominance, hard-line liberal and environmentalist lobbies are not letting go of the renewable dream. Worse still, not only is the determination of the left in sidelining American coal jeopardizing American jobs, but its militant shortsightedness comes at a time when the world's appetite for coal is rising.

We need an experiment on a grand scale. Take a place in the world and build an entire society around alternative energy. Buildings will all be powered by solar, Desalination plants will turn salt water into fresh to be used by the city as drinking water and water for crops and support of wild life.

In addition, the piping for the desalination process will all be made out of pipes that have solar panels affixed to the pipes as well as pumping stations and batter locations around the city to store and forward power and water. There will be treatment plants to reprocess the waste into fertilizer for the fields.

Place windmills in the fields and use hydrothermal power as backup sources.

So the question is, where to put it and who has the technology to do this? My thought is section off a piece of Sinai and let the Israelis and Egyptians build it, and move the Palis from Gaza there as well as move the UN there. There will be no gasoline usage allowed, so all vehicles must be electric and can have natural gas backup.

This can be the new Utopia as it will also be an open city. Then a short time after, when the liberals move there and force the Palis out, we just nuke the place from orbit, just to be sure.

The point wasn’t too kill coal. It was about killing off the weaker coal companies, so their assets could be bought up by people like Soros. It’s a gradual push to get everything owned by as few people as possible.

Prison planet.

Just like how the Left went gung-ho on us to replace paper grocery sacks (tree killers!) with the plastic ones they are now so much against, they will rebel against the wind turbines that kill birds and solar cells when they find out how bad they are for their precious environment.

Face it: liberals are real stupid...

Oh by the way.....in addition to massive oil and natural gas reserves, take a wild guess which country has the world’s largest coal reserves. It’s not even close either. IIRC it’s something like 27% of all the world’s coal and the next largest is about 12%.

This is a valuable resource we need to be mining and selling. China and India have a huge appetite for it. These are more solid paying jobs for Americans that can’t be relocated or outsourced.
