I’m a bit surprised to see the Jewish Lesbian deciding correctly on this one. I’m not surprised to see the Wise Latina and the Zombie deciding incorrectly.
With Kennedy as the swing vote, the conservative justices probably decided that a broad religious-liberty decision would not get the needed support.
