I think the word “narrow” means the decision does not have broad implications, but rather can only be applied in narrow circumstances. Whether that’s correct or not, I can’t say.

That is the correct decision. The court decided against the procedures and decision making of the so called Civil Rights Case not on whether the state has the right to force the baker to make the cake.

You’re right. Basis of ruling is commissioner showed open hostility to Christianity. Has limited future application.
