These days I would have to struggle to spontaneously name even 5 NFL players.
In the old days I could have rattled off 30 players and their athletic stats. Now I could maybe name two and their political views. They’ve lost me forever.
I saw this story about the Eagles going to the White House, and I did not understand why they would. I was genuinely unaware that they had won the Super Bowl.
Didn’t watch the game for the first time since 1973... Damn Dolphins beat my Redskins...
