'I got hot under the collar': Bill Clinton clarifies his comments about Lewinsky apology
ABC "News" ^ | June 5, 2018 | By MEGHAN KENEALLY

Clinton came under fire early Monday after a testy exchange with an interviewer about whether or not he should have privately apologized to Lewinsky.

During an evening event later that day, Clinton revisited the conversation and defended the public apology he gave in September 1998.

"The hubub was I got hot under the collar because of the way the questions were asked," Clinton said Monday night, referencing his interview on NBC's Today Show earlier that day.

"I think what was lost were the two points that I made, that are important to me: the suggestion was that I never apologized for what caused all the trouble for me 20 years ago," the former president said. "So first point is I did."

"I meant it then and I meant it now," he continued. "I apologized to my family, to Monica Lewinsky and her family, and to the American people before a panel of ministers in the White House, which was widely reported. So I did that, I meant it then and I mean it today. I live with it all the time."

"The second is that I support the #MeToo movement and I think it's long overdue and I have always tried to support it in the decisions and policies that I've advanced," he said Monday evening, at an event held at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture in New York City.

Shillary had the look that said, "you better not screw this up."

Slick is a pathetic liar. I don't recall any apologies.

It’s hard to believe that the Razorbacks finally wised up to how the Clintons have played them for so long.

Some former SS guy once wrote a book or memoir about both of them being “witches” and into the occult.

Hildabeast being a “higher rank” than Bill.

Lying is all they know.

He should try some questions and criticism that the President gets. Bill isn’t used to it. Obama will eventually have his turn too.

Unless he looks her right in the eyes and says it to her face, it’s not an apology.

The book he co wrote and is currently promoting is itself very revealing. In it the Bill Clinton character finds himself in a shoot out with the enemies of his country. Sorry Bill, but you are putting your pathological narcissism on full display. You had your chance in 1966 show your manly mettle or lack of it. However you avoided the call and can never really take the test. Fantasy and delusion are at the core of political correctness and liberalism. However they can never really correct anything.

No Bill, you lost your cool because of the subject matter

... which still makes you look like a creep, despite all your "re-explanations"

He doesn't get it and never will.

In his mind, he did nothing wrong because to him it was consensual.

The #metoo girls consider any sex between a man in power and a woman under him (pun intended) amounts to sexual abuse if not rape.

In their view consent has nothing to do with it. It's about the man abusing his position of power (again, pun intended).

I'd love to see an angry group of #metoo girls confront him and see how he tries to excuse his behavior and how they eviscerate him for his callous behavior to women.

Clinton was the ultimate con artist. He presented himself as a good ‘ol Southern charmer, with a wife and daughter, a law degree and an Arkansas governorship as his resume.

What could go wrong?

Answer: He did!

One Clinton lies.....

"I never had sexual relations with that woman...Miss Lewinsky."

And the other Clinton swears to it.

=============================================

VINTAGE TIME COVER The Clintons leave the WH
arm-in-arm after Bill got lewinskied. Plotting to exploit
Bill's BJ for votes, the Clintons' political apparat never faltered.

Hillary later went on network TV all decked out in virginal pearls,
denying everything, blaming Billy's B/J on "an invention of a VRWC."

Bill later admitted to it, was impeached, and disbarred.
He had to pay Paula Jones 800,000 dollars.

==========================================

Did the "kindly sensitive" Clintons tell Chelsea the reason she got hustled off (in that " Clinton solidarity pose" on the vintage TIME cover?) Did mom and dad tell her daddy got a BJ in the Oval office? Did they explain the details of a BJ to Chelsea?

You just can't make this stuff up.
